In case anyone is interested, or missed another thread...

Here’s how to turn the ECO light on/off.
The motor does not have to be on.
With the fob in your pocket, press the ENGINE START button twice.

Press and HOLD the MENU button, on the steering wheel, the one with the square on it,
until the display changes. Release.
Slave down or up with the ENTER button, until you reach ECO INDICATOR (SET).
Press the ENTER button.
Slave up or down for ON or OFF.
Press the ENTER button again to lock your setting.
You’re done.

You can set about 10 other things with this same procedure,
especially the one where you unlock ALL the doors when you
touch the handle. We like that one.

I found a section in the back of the OM called "Customization" which covers what items you can modify to suit your personal preferences.

Raylor4 did a good job of describing how to get into the menu that allows the customization, but the OM section adds quite a bit of detail for each item available that you can modify.

Neat stuff! Yes, I turned off that stupid ECO light.

Great tip!! After driving my wife's car through the mountains this weekend, I was ready t pull the bulb 'till I found this. I think the primary purpose of that light is to teach people to ignore their dash. Not something most folks need help with...

I couldn't find where you could change much else, though, other than the language and units for the dash. Ours is a 2013. Were there other things in that menu in other years?
