Question Will be buying a used 2010 RX350 - Will 18' 19' rims make a big difference

I'm looking at a great price on a used 2010 RX350 - but it has the 18" 5 spoke rims.

Should this affect the ride? I guess I could change them.

Just putting it out there - thx

18 inch: Cheaper tires, little bit better fuel efficiency.

19 inch: SMEXXXXXXXXYYYYYYYY

By theory 18 inch would have a little tad bit smoother ride than the 19 inch. However I highly doubt can you feel it. Choosing the right type of tires matter way more than 1" rim size difference.

Welcome to CL, RootServer. There is a thread in FAQs at the top of this forum about the difference. I'd just add that tire brand and pressure also can influence the ride. The best thing you can do is drive RXs with both tire sizes and see for yourself.

I would say yes, putting rims on the car that are 18 feet in diameter will make a big difference.
(Probably pretty costly, too.)
