Buying a 2012 RX 350 demo with only 600KM...do I deserve a better deal??? Is it now considered a used vehicle???

Whether it is classified as new or used will come down to the laws in state/territory in which you live. Let's put it another way ... if you are not getting a great deal on the car, just have them sell you a new one. Only you can evaluate if the discount is REAL and large enough to offset any wear on the vehicle. It may also come down to how you use the vehicle. Some people are hard on their vehicles and therefore not as sensitive about it's condition, while others are absolutely obsessive (count me in this group). 370 miles on the vehicles does not seem like very many ... just look for damage before you buy. Many people will put more miles and damage on the vehicle during the first week that they own it. Perhaps the first day. If the savings are meaningful to you, take them and do the deal. I am a person that drives their car very gently for the first 2,000 miles or so while I am breaking it in ... so that would be something that would enter into my decision also.
If I had to put a number on it, I would say $3,000 off the price you could have negotiated for a brand new vehicle would be what I would try to get. But, this depends on what you would pay for the new vehicle. This would allow the dealership to make a small profit on the vehicle while getting rid of the demo vehicle.

About 372 miles (600 km) doesn't mean it is 'used' in the normal sense of a car. As long as it is never been titled it's new from the states point of view. If it has been used as a demonstrator or one of the exec's used it for a couple of days you should expect some discount off the price. It depends on supply and demand; if the unit was in perfect condition and there wasn't a comparable new car available I wouldn't hesitate buying it. I think a $3,000 additional cut on the price because of the mileage is probably unreasonable (especially in Canada where heavy discounting is not the norm), but $500 to $1,000 is probably more in line. Do some negotiating.

it all depends on how the policy is in your state/province/country. In most cases, a demo vehicle is registered as DEMO use and regardless how much mileage on the vehicle, it remains as a Demo.
