2005 LEXUS RX330 SRS light stays on
Hi, everyone! I have a 2005 Lexus RX330. the SRS light stays on and the driver's seat belt light is not on, but he passenger air bag and seat belt lights are normal. there were no accident on my car. I connected the #4 and #13 of ODBII and get the code 31. What is the poblem of my car, and How can I fix it or reset the srs system? Thank you!

Welcome.
Sounds like something is unplugged, since you have the SRS and seatbelt warnings. It might not be a bad idea to take it to a Toyota dealer, as they can reset the airbag light once the problem is corrected.

Thank you everyone! Today I have took my car to the Lexus dealer. He told me the SRS ECU was bad and need to replace it with new one. it will cost me 940$. that is too expensive. Do I have any other choice? Thank you!

I'd get a second opinion. Since it's SRS related, one of your few options will be a dealer, meaning a Toyota dealer. Lexus dealers always charge a premium over Toyota dealers. Another option might be a body shop that repairs cars that were in an accident. They might have access to Toyota's SRS reset tools.
I'm guessing you carefully checked under the driver's seat for any disconnected wires/plugs? If not, do that first. Dealers are famous for only being able to diagnose based on what the computer tells them, and none of them want to do any physical work to check things for the sake of honesty and customer satisfaction. They're all about how much money they can make off of a customer.
So, grab a flashlight, and open the back door. Stick your head under the seat, and carefully look for wires. Make sure they're all plugged in tightly.
