Default 90K Miles service

My 2009 RX350 (2WD) is almost at 90K miles. I'm looking over 90K service and aside from replacing brake fluid, nothing is special (below):

❏ Replace engine oil and oil filter; reset reminder light
❏ Rotate tires
❏ Replace air conditioner filter
❏ Replace brake fluid
❏ Replace engine air filter
❏ Replace Smart Key battery
❏ Visually inspect brake pads and rotors
❏ Road-test vehicle

I have started to experience some hard shifting - so I'm going to do drain and fill on the transmission. For those with high mileage, any preventing maintenance I should do? Spark plugs?
I know that 2009 has a chain - so no need to for timing belt. Anything else?

I already fixed my rack and pinion leak at around 50K miles.

Thanks in advance.

I would just go with the maintenance schedule for 90K miles plus the transmission service since it is shifting hard. A spark plug change is recommend at 120K, so if you don't have any starting or running problems, leave them be.

Once I touched the spark plugs, that led to eventually replacing two rear coil packs. I had no issues before but decided to change plugs at 125k. Well, once I unplugged and plugged the coil packs (and reinstalled the intake manifold), my car would not run smoothly. After trial and error, and removing/reinstalling intake manifold 3 more times, it was determined that 2 of the 3 rear coil packs decided to quite.

I replaced all 3 in rear as a precaution but what I learned.....don't wake sleeping problems if you don't have too!! Wait until 120-125k. Coil Packs are not cheap either....

Water pump failures have popped up occasionally. Mine sprung a leak around 93k miles. Some have suggested changing it as preventative maintenance... If you're diligent about noticing strange engine noises and leaks you could probably wait until it starts to fail.
