Side Mirror Replacement
Experts,
I have a 2004 Charcoal RX330. My passenger mirror got broken off. The cheapest I can find for a new, painted to match is approx $380.
I've seen some nice aftermarket ones for about 1/3 of the price. They aren't painted to match. They are black. But they will look fine on my Lexus with all the black trim
My mirrors have the memory and dimming feature (which I hate). They do not have the heat option.
Can I buy replacement mirrors that are memory + heat and use them? (Of course I don't expect the heat to work.) the main feature I want to keep is memory.
I'm assuming the wiring harness is the same. I'm assuming that my female part of the wiring harness just will not have pins for heat whereas the replacements will have pins in the male harness.
Thanks for reading this and helping out.
