Not posted before but need help/info
The rear parking camera and sat nav screen on my RX400H (58 plate) went blank. I have put it into my local Lexus dealer and after 3 days and a £600 bill they tell me I need a new ECU part no 8679248160
They also told my warranty company there "might" be water ingress so they are now saying they will not cover a repair/replacement. I can buy a replacement online but I am trying to find out if that specific ECU will need to be resynched or programmed to my car to work & if so will I be forced to take it back to Lexus to get the work done?

Or if I send the original ECU away for repair can anyone recommend a company who will do this work?. I have contacted 2 online and they say they only handle ECU's for the engine system and not will not do Lexus cars anyway

I am in the central belt of Scotland and I am struggling to find any independent garages or auto electricians who can help with this
