07 rx350 coolant change
At 100k miles just drained out the radiator fluid from the petcock on the front drivers side of the car. Used a vinyl tube to direct the old fluid into a bucket to avoid the mess but was still rather messy.
Filled up about approx over a gallon of the toyota super long life fluid. i purchased 3 jugs because i anticipated on being able to find where the engine block drain plug was.
Can anyone show a picture of where the other drain plugs are in the engine block? I'll probably do this again in 40k miles and would like to get more of the old stuff out.

Here are images of front and rear engine block drain ports.
You can only see them from the bottom of the car, after you take off both the front and rear covers. There are a lot of 10 mm bolts and screws holding these covers on, so it takes quite a while to disassemble.
The front one is in the middle of the engine between the oil pan and the exhaust manifold.
The rear one is in the middle of the engine above the axle and below the exhaust manifold.
Use 10 MM open end wrench on the front and 10 mm extension socket on the rear to clear the axle.
Draining from these ports and the drain **** on the radiator will remove about 6 to 8 quarts of coolant (the capacity is 8.9 quarts). Use a 1/2" plastic hose into a container to avoid spillage. The whole process will take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on your skill level.
