Default Incoming Bluetooth call not ringing

Greetings. I've only had my rx330 for a week, and love it. Dealer set up our phone to work in the navigation screen. Everything worked fine until tonight. When we get an incoming call it no longer 'rings' through the car's audio system. how do I get the 'ring' back? The screen indicates an incoming call, but the ring has stopped.

What model phone?
Have you tried unpairing the phone and re-pairing it again?

The phone is an ancient LG Cosmos 3 (but my wife loves it....so....). I have not tried to unpair/re-pair - yet. Is that something you can do without totally deleting the phone from the Lexus?

I think you'll need to delete the phone from the Lexus phone pairing and then rediscover/pair it.
