I've never had this much trouble buying tires
On my 04' Endeavor, I bought Michelin Cross Terrain, now they don't make them/ There's a thread on here where I guy narrowed it down to 3 Tires, the Latitude, Alenza and ComforTred. I want to go to Costco because of their service but their selection is limited for the '06 RX330

I had the Latitude Tour on another SUV and they didn't last 45k miles with regular rotate and balance. While Michelin prorated the tires for my replacements, I expected more. I have them on my 04 RX, hope they last longer.

Alenza Bridgestone Ecopia. I recommend. Costco has $70 off a set of 4, can not beat that for the this premium set.

Problem With Replacing 2 Tires at Costco
Out of convenience I never ever rotate my tires. As a result, my front tires wear out sooner than the rears (ES and RX), so I usually first only replace the fronts and then next time replace all 4. In all cases I replace way before the wear indicators show since good tires are cheap insurance. The problem with Costco is that if you buy only 2 tires they absolutely refuse to put them on the front (stated on their web and confirmed by phone), whereas my Lexus dealer will replace just on the front. As a result, I buy my 2 tires from Tire Rack and have them dealer installed (they charge a lot if you bring in your own tires). I fully understand the logic of favoring the rear for a 2-tire replacement but I wish Costco would leave this sort of decision up to the consumer.

Costco is right and it's a major safety issue, the tires with the most tread go on the rear. See this article from Popular Mechanics.
