Exclamation RX350 control arm bushes

Recently got a 2007 RX350, after about a week the water pump was leaking, cost me $800 to replace a new water pump, then after a maintenance service at Ultratune, the report says this

Price for replace both front control arm bushes is around $600, I reckon a bit expensive, just wondering how much would that normally cost?

Ok first, I have a 2008 RX400h and mine are cracked also. But don't panic, this is very common on this chassis. RockAuto.com has the control arms for $49 apiece which also includes the ball joints. As you can see the major cost is the labor. two of the bolts are very difficult to get to and on my Rx requires lifting the engine while removing the motor mounts. I ordered mine and received them but have not replaced them yet. but shop around and see who gives you the best deal for the install. here is a thread on how to do it.

Mine are also cracked but my indy Toyota mechanic says not to worry about it until it fails. You should be able to feel it then.
