RX 330 Rear hatch & rear windows
The rear power hatch & rear windows will not open. Also the seat memory will not work. Checked all fuses in engine compartment and under the dash are good.

Was the battery recently disconnected? If so there is a procedure to make everything work again. The rear hatch needs to be manually opened and closed and each window needs to be rolled down (i think at least halfway) then rolled up from the back seat, not the driver door switch. I think you need to hold the sunroof button down and let it make a full cycle as well.

Did all of that but still no luck. Rear windows worked from the back seat but not from the front. Power hatch still doesn't work but it can be opened manually. Sunroof works fine. Seat memory doesn't work. The battery was not disconnected.

You may have a battery issue. How old is it? First thing to try is to disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes, reconnect, and then try to reset all the controls. When the battery starts getting weak all sorts of weird things begin to happen on these RX.

Just had this problem.
Turn your key on the on position
Look at the rear window switches are they blinking?
If so and the above steps didnt work
Pull the battery again for 5-10 mins
Reconnect battery
try the above steps again for the rear window
Roll it down all the way but hold the button for a couple seconds after it opens
then roll it up all the way and hold the button after it closes
The light will now be solid on your button
You will also have to reset the sunroof
hold the forward slide button (with a closed sunroof) it will tilt, open then close again.. and its set
