When I asked about condensation a couple of years ago they said moisture would have to survive 15 minutes of headlights on high beam for them to consider it a problem. That gets pretty hot in there.

RX is at the dealer today getting both light housing replaced due to condensation :0
I would get this fix ASAP . The longer water stay in the housing , the more chance you might end up 1 day driving with no headlights in the dark
Also asked to get the transmission software update on the hesitation reflash
Love my RX but the QC on this Lexus is really not the best

I filed to get a refund from Lexus for money I spent to replace 1 headlight and just received a check today for the amount I had to spend. A big +++ to Lexus for taking care of this finally.

Just came back from the dealer and got both headlamps replaced I also reflashed ( I had to pay $175) the trsnsmission with The TSB005
I thnk the $175 is the best money I spent on the RX . The hesitation and delayed shifting is 99% resolved and drives like a different car . I was reluctant to reflash my transmission but after seeing all the on-line positive review, I went for it and I am as happy as a clam now :0

Where did you do these services at? I'm having those same exact issues and would like to get them resolved as well.
Thank you!

We are getting off topic here...
If you want to talk about the transmission ECM calibration you can go to one of those threads such as the one here:

Foggy Headlights
My 2006 RX with 67,000 miles is starting to get foggy headlights near the top of both lights. The car is covered under CPO extended warranty for another year. The lights are not foggy enough to cloud the projection, but do look not good. Do I have a claim?
