Extended Warranty For my Lexus 2008 RX350
I just bought a pre owned Lexus RX350 2008 with 62k miles. I am interested in buying Lexus extended platinum warranty. Is it possible to buy Lexus warranty? If yes, please help me suggest some dealers who have good prices. Thanks in advance

Being that you are outside the basic warranty and already own the vehicle your options may be limited. Best to contact Jerry @ Midwest Toyota. You will need to provide your VIN.

Perhaps you misunderstood. There are limits on what he can provide and especially if your vehicle is already beyond the basic warranty limits. Most 2nd Generation RX owners will now be beyond his help.

Take the $3000 and put it in the bank. Use it to cover any unexpected expenses on your 2008 RX. I would bet you will still have that money sitting there at the end of the 3 years. I would recommend you have the vehicle thoroughly checked out by Lexus for any problems while the factory drive train warranty is still in effect. I did that on my 2007 and they changed out a leaking water pump and leaking transmission gasket under the drive train warranty.
