how to initialize after battery replacement
after battery replacement or under 7 volts, you need to initialise windows monroof and backdoor
you just need to turn the key to ON and open each window from the button on each door completely open and close remove the key put it again until ON position
do the same for moon roof and backdoor
i dont remember if i did it manualy or electricaly for backdoor!
try both way and it will work
do somebody knows if there is something else to do ?

For the rear door, you have to cycle 1x and it will be OK. Otherwise your remote rear door sw will not work. Happened to me 2 weeks ago when I changed the Battery. The manual tells you how to initialize.
There was a thread that spelled out the sequence.
IIRC:
Cycle open and close, 1x
Dr Front
Pass Ft
Dr Rr
Pass Rr
Moonroof
Rear tailgate
Experts chime in.

the moon roof does require a full cycle. After replacing the battery, both tilt and slide buttons will do the same thing (tilt and slide like the 99-03 RX). Press and hold one of the buttons. The moon roof will slide to the full open position, and then to the closed and then to the tilt position, then the moonroof will take over and perform the operation again faster than it does when you are operating the controls. Once it parks the roof, it is done.
