2007 RX350 or 2005 RX330
Trying to decide between these two vehicles.
2005 RX330:
*88,000 miles
*2 previous owners
*No dvd or nav.
*clean CARFAX
*Service history at Lexus dealer up to 25,000 miles
*Offered for sale at reputable Lexus dealer
*Looking at offering about $18k, listed at $19,480.
2007 RX330:
*74,000 miles
*1 previous owner
*No dvd or nav.
*CARFAX shows accident to front driver side bumper in Feb. 2009 but no frame damage or salvage. Minor accident.
*Service history at Lexus dealer up to current mileage
*Offered at non-franchised dealer. Bought at auction out of state. Not as reputable of a dealer. Described at sleaze bag owner by another car lot owner I know.
*Looking at offering $20k, listed at $21,600.
Both cars are equal as optioned. Both are silver with black interior. Going tonight to test drive the 2005, Test driving the 2007 on Friday. Any advice, opinions, comment or suggestions?

that's a tough choice, there's nothing worse than buying a lemon and thats the risk you run when buying from non reputable places. I know when we bought ours the prices on the exact same car were atleast 3k higher but they were cpo. I would try and find out more about the dealer(google or better business bureau) but if that turns nothing up than you'll have to go on your gut instinct. Just make sure you take the car to a lexus dealer for an inspection before you buy and if the dealer refuses than you know somethings up. The 07 is a way better deal and from what i've read there's a decent change in the engine.
