Does the RX have underbody rubber plugs/ lifting point plugs?
hi all
was wondering whether the RX had underbody rubber plugs?
I'm trying to reduce the terrible wind noise on my 07 RX350 and was reading elsewhere about missing underbody plugs on other cars (eg LS, GS and some Audis)
If there are plugs, could someone describe where they should be?
many thanks

The wind noise might be coming from a host of sources. Windows are the 1st potential source. The door itself. I have not heard of missing plugs as the root cause of wind noise.
The RX330's windshield is noisier than the RX350's. On the RX350's they made an improvement on the contsruction of the glass. They added a noise barrier.

hi
I've had the dealer check the doors, windows, seals. Hasn't checked the windscreen seal as yet.
Perhaps it's the normal noise level for the RX, but I find it noisier than my 07 Mazda CX7!
