Default Mityvac Transmission Fluid

Has anyone used a Mityvac to suck out the transmission fluid though the dip stick? Can this be done & if so, how much fluid can be extracted? I don't own one but would probably get one if it could be used for this.

Actually they work pretty well. But honestly,i`ts easier to do a drain and fill than an oil change on the RX.

Should work and work well. But the drain and refill is all you need.

I would not do that.

The drain is done at 2 places while the suction is done at 1.

Drain from below is better to get all sedimentation out.

As Lexus114 says ... Transmission drain on RX is much easier than engine oil change. It is not that you are reducing the work by much.
