Default RX330 dash power outlet

I have a 2005 RX330 and never had an occassion to utilize the 12v power outlet on the center console. I tried it today and it does not work. The lower power outlet works as does the outlet in the cargo area. I had the dash taken apart to repair the dreaded rattle recently. Could there be a way that the tech at the dealer somehow screwed up the power outlet or is there something else that it could be? Any help would be appreciated

Thanks...
Eric

Thanks everyone for the replies. The 15a fuse was bad and I changed it. For now, everything seems ok. It is just odd that I never used it previously for the fuse to blow.

Sounds like the guy who was rooting around in your dash panel shorted something out. Anyway, the fix was cheap and easy, if not immediately obvious.
