Can a RX350 MP3 Radio fit in a RX330
Hello.
Will a radio (with MP3) from a RX350 w/o Navi be installed in a RX330 w/o Navi? Are the harnesses the same and plug and play?
Does anyone have a write-up on radio removal for a RX?
Thank you

I don't think anybody does know that you took it, (what did you take, and why confess here?) -- but as for removal instructions, there are several web based auto radio repair shops that offer online radio removal instructions, with photos.
I don't have any of those links handy, but I'm sure Google does.

I'm hoping this will be a direct fit/plug and play, otherwise I'll be out $150 or so
Thanks

As far as I know, the 330 and 350 are the same, save for the larger engine and the transmission. Since you don't have a NAV system (or even the diminutive "navi" system) the difference there should not make much of a difference.
I have found the instructions here:
http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremoval.htm
to be excellent. I think there is a charge, but it is $5.00 well spent. Just be sure to print out the instructions and photos, because my recollection is that your payment gives you access to the pages you need for a limited number of days or hours.
As for the harness plugs, that's unlikely, but certainly possible, given that some aspects of the radios are different (MP3; bluetooth). Good luck. If they are the same, let us know, as I might want to upgrade my '04 330 radio to a newer 350 version, although I really expect to trade the whole thing in for a 350 in another year or so. I recently drove a 350, and found it a nice improvement: more powerful and smoother. The NAV and Bluetooth and Radio upgrades are just icing on the cake (and I'll move my Thundercloud grill to the new car also -- glad I saved the old one.) I can't wait.

If someone was to run a search on this forum using the two keywords, you would have found a link that will tell you how to remove your factory audio unit FOR FREE!!! Here's the link

Can someone please explain how I can "burn" an MP3 disc? I use iTunes on a Mac. I know how to burn a regular CD but that only gets 20 +/- songs. I understand an MP3 formatted disc can hold close to 1000.
Thanks in advance for any help.
