I know how that goes, my wife's credit dropped to 620 because she didn't pay an old $80 x-ray from 5 years ago. They sent the bill to the old address so she never got it. Go to www.creditboards.com/forums and look at the advice. I disputed things by a hand written letter and went through hell and back and in 2 months her score went up to 740.
