Changing video source on the RSES from the front?
Is there a way to change the source of the RSES from the front of the car? It's annoying to go back there everytime we start the car to switch it to DVD.....

Nope..
It's the same way as our 2004 Sienna LTD AWD with the RSES. I traded it for the 400h also with the RSES.
After driving the Sienna for a year, I've mastered stretching my right arm out the back to point the remote while driving, to turn on the DVD for my kid so I'm right at home in the 400h Am grateful they at least put in a direct DVD button on the remote. And BTW WTF (excuse my language) is with the DVD Hint screen EVERYTIME you turn on the thing after you start the car??? I preyed that they did away with that before I picked up the 400h. Nope, same retarded design
Never mind changing the source, it would be nice just to be able to turn on the screen. They let you turn it off from the front control (while you can simply close the rear screen to turn it off), but not on. What a stupid design

ah well.... I have a new Infiniti M45, and the screen is motorized, I can drop it down by using the controls up front, change the source of the drop down screen and change chapters via voice....
