Default Heated Windshield Washer Reservoir for RX400h?

I thought I read it somewhere or I heard before that there's a heater inside the windshield washer fluid tank which can "pre-heat" the washer fluid when the weather gets cold. Yesterday I checkout under the hood but the reservoir is so deep under there that I can't see if there's any heating tube inside. I do see a sticker on top of the reservoir with the word "12V" on it. Anybody can verify if it's the case? That will be very handy when winter comes. Thanks.

The fluid is "pre-heated" by the engine heat when it goes by the cowl / engine hood area.

So that means there's no "heater" inside the windshield fluid reservoir, and which means the windshield fluid won't be "pre-heated" till the engine is in normal operating temperature, and when the heat has been absorbed by the fluid right?

Can't believe even the 3-series has it but not on the RX, if that's the case

Under Exterior -- Heated dual power mirrors and heated windshield washer jets

Actually the last generation (E46) has it too. Given that Lexus is more luxury-than-sport compares to BMW...

1986 mercedes E class started coming with heated washer fluid.
they routed the washer fluid lines through the coolant tank to pre heat the washer fluid before it was squirted on the windshield.
So much for lexus taking a lead on luxury !
