A 26" would look sooooo sweet on a 330!!! Especially a 385...you trying to convert it into a poor man's steamroller? You know if you get the right backspacing those tires could potentially stick out 5-6"...YES!!!

Ok, let me get this straight, you're asking about running 385 65R/26 size tire on a Lexus (or any car)? Is that in metric? Because anyone wanting to run a tire that size needs their head checked.

Harsh...agreed but let's look at the big picture here:
We'll assume that wonjoon has a 330 that came with the 'big' wheels and tires, so he's got 235/55-18's. That tire's going to be 235mm or 9.25" wide. The sidewall on that tire is going to be 55% of 235 mm or 129mm (5.1"). This is going to yield a tire/wheel combo that is 18" + 5.1" X 2, which gives us a total tire/wheel height of 28.2"...give or take.
Now let's look at the new sweet setup...we've got a tire that is 385 mm or 15.2" wide. So, our friend is going to have to figure out a way to tuck 6" more tire inside the wheel well. I don't know about anyone else's 330 but I can't stuff another 6" of tire inside the wheel well without some serious contact with suspension pieces. So our option is to get a wheel with less backspacing and we've got 5-6" of tire sticking out beyond the fender...which would be a smooth look for a brand new Lexus. Throw some hydraulics and 16 switches on the thing and you'd have a bad-azz Compton cruiser.
Now let's look at the tire height, which is a whole different story. You've got a wheel that's 26" in height. The tire has a sidewall of 250mm or just a shade under 10" (and I don't know where you're going to find a tire like this as I cannot imagine a sidewall of 10" on a 385 tire...in fact tire rack doesn't even list a 385 and with their biggest size of 345 there is no 65 sidewall available). This fantasy combo would yield a tire/wheel combo that is 26" + 10" X 2, which yields a total height of 46" or almost 20" taller than the stock combination. Again, I don't know about your 330's but I'd be hard pressed to put an additonal 20" of tire on the thing (10" more tire and wheel stuffed in the fender - which is less than the amount of space between my stock tire and wheel combo and fender currently) without a nice lift kit or cutting the fenders to allow some degree of suspension travel without jamming a tire into a fender over every bump.
With that said, I say do it man!!! And when you do post pictures of the thing!

I wonder if this person means a 285, not 385. I have 295's on an '03 Trailblazer and that looks just right and it's a larger vehicle. 385 is just way too wide for most any daily driven vehicles out there. Yeah, there probably are a few, but it's probably a Hummer or an F-350 or larger. Not a midsized SUV.
And possibly the 65 is in error too, might have been thinking he/she needed something bigger to go with the wider tire rather than realizing a smaller side wall number is warranted.
Now the 26's... I have no explanation for that.
I could see 285/45/22 working better, if it's available, although might have to go with a 35 or 40 sidewall for clearance purposes.
