All-weather floor mats
I got the Lexus all-weather floor mats for the 330. Has anyone purchased them?
The floor hooks that held the cloth floor mats down are not usable now with the all-weather ones, since I believe only the driver's floor mat has a hole for the hook. What's with that? I'm concerned the floor hooks in the other positions will get stepped on and broken.
Why would they not include the holes in the all-weather mats to take advantage of the floor hooks?
Can those floor hooks be removed?

Here is what I did to remove the floor hooks without breaking anyone of them:
1. use a dining knife, slide the blunt edge along and underneath the horizontal portion of the hook until you hit the hook and can go no further
2. pry the hook off the ground by twisting the knife blade upward (or towards you if you are looking down the hook) slowly
Hope the instruction helps.
