Hello all. I have read several threads about door lock actuator problems but I think mine may be a little unique. My issue is that the passenger door lock actuator only works by unlocking the passenger door with a key or while siting inside the car on the passenger side and engaging the switch at the arm rest. The passenger door lock cannot be engaged at the driver's door lock control which makes it very inconvenient when leaving the car.

In my effort to remedy this, I replaced the passenger door lock actuator, however this did not remedy the problem as the door still will not unlock or lock from the driver's side. I might mention that the driver's door lock control does engage and disengage all the locks in the except for the passenger lock.

My next thought to remedy this problem is replacing the driver's side actuator. But I'm also thinking the problem might be in the driver's door lock/window switch????

As anyone had a similar problem like I am experiencing?
