I have a 2001 Rx300 with code p1351. With information from this forum I changed the ocv on bank 2 and cleaned out the filter to no avail. Further reading on this forum mentioned changing the cam gear on bank 2 which is what I will try next as going to a dealer or shop is not an option for me at the moment.
I know that you have to align the single dots on the cams before removal but does this also put the engine in TDC or do I need to rotate the crankshaft pulley. I've worked on cars before but never did timing so therefore am a little apprehensive.

Could someone post step by step instructions ?
