I need to change the Exhaust Manifold, I don't know what it's exact description, right or left , it is in the front as in the photo.

Part is called the 'heat shield". Make every effort not to deform it.

Welcome to Club Lexus.

Please be descriptive in choosing the title. Once a thread is created only super mods can change the title. A proper tilted thread will get you better help and search feature would work better for the readers.

ps: Some one is dropping bolts. A magnet pick up tool is a must for repairs. Shake and a bump can move the bolt to inaccessible area. I would not have reached for the camera before securing the loose bolt.

That's the "left" manifold. Is it cracked or just stripped the threads out of the A/F sensor bung?

Thank you for correcting me. I looked at what the arrow was on, not realizing that OP may be interested in what the heat shield encloses.
