Coolant Type Please
I recently bought a 2002 RX300 and noticed that I need to add some coolant to the reservoir. The coolant in the reservoir is Pinkish in color. I went to Autozone and asked what type of coolant they have for this SUV and they gave me a Prestone. They say it is compatible. I think this coolant is yellowish green in color. I want to stay with the original coolant color. What other brands are available out there except for the original Toyota coolant?

How low is the level?
It is ok to add upto 1 cup of distilled water. If it is winter months (freezing temp) make sure you add little amount at a time over days .. you dont want the overflow reservoir to be 100% water.
Call you service adviser and request they top it off as buying a gallon jug and storing it 9/10 full is not a great idea.

With regard to the Toyota SLLC coolant...
The pink is pre-diluted 50/50 coolant/water ready to use as is.
The red is undiluted, you must add your own distilled water to get the coolant ratio appropriate for your local weather conditions.
