Default Thinking about Goil for your RX? Think again

A few months ago I saw a promotion for GOil at walmart which was free after rebate.
http://www.getg.com/

I gave it a try in my Lexus RX300 front wheel drive with 75k miles on it. The RX had NO OIL leaks what so ever. Timing belt and oil pan gasket has been replaced.
Within 3 weeks I noticed a 3 inch shallow puddle on the ground and on the bottom of the transmission case and some oil around the area where the rear main seal was.

I immediately changed the oil back to Castrol GTX 10/w 30 and since then I have not seen any oil on the ground. I did notice a small drop on the transmission case but nothing close to what was leaking with the Goil.

Has anyone had any experience with this oil?
I think I am going to stick with my castrol.

People, if you don't have a problem, please do not go about creating one.

I've used it in my fathers winter beater 97' Accord which has 225k miles. It already has a leaking rear main seal, so not sure if there were any side effects. But it worked fine, no noticeable changes. I've run it 2 times in that car, cause I got it for free with the rebate. I ran it to 8k miles, and to 10k miles. Engine still looks spotless.

I had it in my 2005 Honda Accord and didn't have a problem either. I spoke to my local mechanic about the leak in my RX and he said he had a similar problem with another customer with an ES

I will say this only Once, the only oil additive I will ever use is AUTO RX! Hundreds of users from Bobistheoilguy site swear by it and so do I.

I had a nasty rear main seal leak develop on my RX and after following the system that the Site describes, the underside is now dry as a bone! I was thouroughly surprised and impressed that this product lived up to its claims. Again it Completely Cured the rear main seal leak on my 02 RX, saving me either 20+ hours of persnol labor Or nearly $1200 at a local dealer for this job.

Since then I used in on my 98 GS400 for preventing the notorious front VVTi from cam seals leaks. As a byproduct of the treatments of this emulsion based cleaner, has made both my Lexus's Run Much Smoother that ever before.

This Stuff is the REAL DEAL!!!! It's not cheap at ~$24 a bottle but it Really Works and will save you thousands in repairs. I plan on keeping my paid-off Lexus's for as long as I can, so if you are like me and would rather save your money rather then having a car payment, then you owe it to yourself and the life of your car to check it out.

So has anyone else also noticed issues with G-Oil?
Last week, for the first time i have got 5W-30 Synthetic G-Oil in my RX300.
And this post kind of worries me now

Though googling about this Oil kind of indicates that it has been holding up pretty well for most of the people.

I had never heard of the Auto Rx product.
Do people in this forum use it on both Transmission as well as Engine Oil?

You can give it a try. no one else has reported this finding but me.
I was able to switch back to Castrol and have had no problems.

Is it motor oil on transmission case or transmission fluid. All gaskets will seep a little but is it leaking i can't imagine same grade of oil leaking and another not. All i can think is reason it is not leaking is sludge build up as it wont really fix itself. Whats your transmission plug seal like?
