Where is the DLC1 connector on a 2003 RX?

Where is the DLC1 connector on a 2003 RX?
I need to perform some maintenance using the DLC1 connector. The service manual (and a few other posts on this site) indicate it is near the master cylinder. It is not anywhere I can see under the hood. Can anyone enlighten me with a location?
