2002 RX idle issue

So this morning I started my car, engine started but the idle rpm was suepr low, like around 200-400. Feels like engine doesn't have power at all.

No CEL whatsoever. then i turn the car off, turned it back on and it was fine. now the car works normal. Anyone ever had issue like this? what's going on with her?
