Talking GROM unit ???

Hello ALL......

i was really looking into getting the $74.99 Toyota Scion Lexus 98-11 Auxiliary Android iPod Bluetooth Adapter (GROM-AUX-TOY) so i can listen to my iPod without the hassle of changing cds over and over again.. I noticed it said (non-Nakamichi stereo only) and how exactly would i know if it applies to me directly before i purchase this unit

I have a 2000 Lexus rx300 AWD with factory stereo as well as speakers still installed

Another question i would like to know is where would i mount the unit or allow it to hang at i would really appreciate it if you could show me pictures of where you have yours located at and any suggestions would be much appreciated...

That's what I have and it works really well. What makes their product really great is that they have excellent tech support. Hop on chat with them and they'll take care of you.

I took my cd changer out and then velcro'd it in that same spot so I have access to it to trouble shoot it or update firmware.

It'll say it on the front of the radio. If it says "Lexus Premium..." then it's not Nakamichi.

You're Welcome!

Also, my uncle has the Nakamichi Audio System in his 99' and I think my Lexus Premium System sounds better.

I just purchased this and have went through a few different firmware versions and a few that the support guys sent me and it works but works flakey. Fowarding and reversing through folder/albums gets wack and starts skipping folders and goes to random ones then gets confused and stops playing. Have to go back to FM radio then back to CD and it starts working again. Only been a day but alittle annoyed with it but i expect things to work perfect when i pay decent money for it
