Fog Lights.... Yellow or White?
Looking at bulb replacement for fog lights on '99 RX300. Snow isn't a problem here but mist and heavy monsoonal rain is. Any thoughts or experience on what gives the best penetration through heavy driving rain. Bulbs i have noted for consideration are...PIAA HB 9005 9006 PLASMA ION YELLOW, NOKYA HB4 9006 Hyper Yellow 2500K Halogen Fog Light Bulbs, PHILIPS HB4 9006 X-TREME Power, HB4 Osram Night Breaker Plus, PHILIPS 9012LL/HIR2. For best value and wider range of product I prefer online shopping. All I have mentioned are ebay available. I've read a few forums but all are several years old and I expect new products have been released since. Yellow vs White was a real controversy.

Amber is considered to be the superior for penetrating fog.
On the other hand people get more exited about super-white look.
