2nd code ever: 1155 Bank 2 Sensor 1
Well last year, got the 1135 code and replaced Bank 1 Sensor 1 A/F with the Denso part from Amazon.
Now, just popped the 1155 code so looks like it is time for the other.
No big deal. This one is easy to get to. Still love this car!

Since I am deployed, a friend graciously came over to install this part in my wife's car. All is well. Pulled the negative battery cable, code is gone, car is fine again.
Thanks again to Greg for coming over and swapping the part out. And thanks to this forum for knowing exactly what the problem was, where to get the cheapest and correct part, and how to fix it.
Hope this thread helps someone, someday with the 1155 code, though this has been covered before.

Changing the A/F sensor's not exactly easy (more the right tools), but once it's done, it's done.
A great many thanks for serving your country. I had a cousin in the Illinois National Guard who was in Iraq as an MP for some time not too long ago, and her family and I chipped in to help get her old Escort back up and running right by the time she got home. It was the least we could do.
