Default rX300 miss firing

Hi everyone,

My lexus is RX300
For the first time in 7 years I have trouble with it. It is very annoying because the mechanic didn't find the problem yet.
It is miss firing, the time I have changed timing belt, spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, feul filter, only to find out that half of the engine is not working properly. The three heads under the manifold are not working properly. when removing the manifold we found out that these three heads are sooty, while the other ones are clean.
When coneecting to the smart box, it gives alot of codes: P0110, P10120, p1135, p1346, P1349, P0100.
I believe all these troubles are caused by the throtle, we have checked the coils are ok, the piston pressure is ok, the injectors are ok, and on top of that the car is consuming a hell of petrol after this problem occured, while it was very economical before.
The RPM is over 1.2 on parking position.
I need to know, is it the throtle position centre? if not, what is it.
Also, somtimes, I can smell the exhaust smoke leaking through the vents into the cabin, and driving in slow speed is becoming a nightmare.
