The only 7440 and 7443 LED lights I've seen are from APC, so they are actually CRAPC. They only come in red or amber.

I replaced my 7440's with PIAA EXtreme Whites 27W.
They rock...especially the back-up lights. $15-$18/pair.

I'm curious why you want LED?
