Doesn't sound like the usual belt/tensioner noise - sounds more like an electrical buzzing. Alternator?

Sounds like that fuel pump noise under the mid-section of the car to me...crawl under there and listen to it.

The above still doesn't explain why it "goes away" when warm does it?

Just a thought, could it possibly be the ABS pump charging the system when first started?
If so it should only last a few seconds usually and of course not THAT loud!

yes, I am still confusing on it. Today, I drove the car to lexus dealer. They did 29 points check, nothing founded. I do hear the sounds coming from the wheel or surroundings, just not sure where it is.

I would record more sounds from the front to the side.

Have you tried listening with the hood open, it might give you a better indication of the area the sound emanates from.

Hi, all. Yesterday, I asked the dealer to seal my transfer case, and after that, I found the noise disappeared quicker than before. During the first one mile or more, I still can hear noise when I stepped on the gas, and when the alternator changing speed.

Update: the noise doesn't gone.........

I asked another dealer to check. He guess it maybe come from the belt. This morning, I start the engine and stay on the ground, and I tried to push the brake, I can hear the frequency of the noise is changing, the same thing also happens when I turn steering wheel. Does the noise really come from the belt?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I did inspection at Lexus Dealer. It seems that there is no problem (no loose) of the belt. I am uploading the inspection result, where could be the next problem would you think, thanks.
