Tires
I am looking for replacements for the stock Goodyear Integrity tires. Any suggestions? I am thinking about the Michelin Symmetry. There doesn't seem to be much out there for the size and load range.

Allow me to recommend Michelin CrossTerrains. Relatively new tire supposedly specifically designed for car based SUVs.
It is as quiet as the Goodyears, has not caused any significant ride deterioration (my wife's car, so she'd definitely complain), far better road feel and steering feel, even than the 17" Potenzas on my GS (!!), and better cornering stabilty. All this with much more aggressive tread pattern than the Goodyears.
$124 each from TireRack, drop shipped anywhere you want. Regardless of tire choice, replace all 5. The Integrity is way more flaccid and has very different handling characteristics than (probably) anything else out there, and if you have to put your spare down, that's not something you want to find out about the hard way.

Integrity Revisited
Having put CTs on my '00 last fall, I had the opportunity to drive a '01 loaner with GYs at the 45K inspection this week. Boy, I'd forgotten what a difference the CTs made - primarily in straight line tracking, smoother transitions, and improved steering feel. Doc Mooretorque is right on!
Consider uprating to 235/70-16s when you change. They fit without spacers on your factory wheels and the way I read it, provide 660lbs (165# ea.) more load capacity than your stock GY's. Small but significant.
I second Doc's opinion that they provide a somewhat better ride with about the same noise. I'll add two more: improved traction and reduced hydroplaning. When I trade, I'm taking the CTs with me. Ought to be just about broken in...
