Vehicle vibrates when pressing brakes

I agree. Walk away from shops that uses impact wrench to slam lug nuts to the rims. This includes Lexus dealers. At least buy a torque wrench if there is no shops that has it, hand it to them with your car. If necessary, teach them how to use it because most the mechanics maybe never use it because "I am a xxx Master Techincian, we don't use that in yyy years and it is fine."

My RX300 (2000) vibrates when pressing on brakes. Seems to come from the front. Took it to the mechanics. Pads and resurfacing of rotors were done. Still vibrating. He then replaced also the rotor. Still, no help. I plan to bring it back to him again later this week. This is a fairly reliable mechanic that I have known for quite some time.
Before doing so, just thought to see if any one can think of what else that could be wrong?
Thanks,
Cuong

Suspension...might be one of the lower suspension arms bushings. However, even when I have new pads, I sometimes (even with resurfaced rotors) still get a little vibration until the pads have been worn in, at least with Lexus pads but now with the excellent Akebonos that were recommended to me by TunedRX300
Coming out of high speed, I always get some vibrating, even slight.

Lexmex, Akebono has came out a new Street Performance pad, tirerack is selling it, supposed to be a little bit noisy than regular Akebono ProAct, but gives you more bite.

I have one extra set of Akebono pads at the moment, but will try these others ones after I run through those. No set of pads lasts too long with me, Akebono, EBC, Ferodo (U.K. brand that you can buy the material and mount it on to the old pad), OEM Lexus, Hawk Performance, usually about 6 months, but the Akebono has had the least dust and best performance of the lot thus far.
