Default rear differential on a FWD?

Hi I have a FWD 2001 rx300. This may sound like stupid question, but does it have a rear differential? If it does are the instructions the same to change the fluid as an AWD?
Thanks.

No rear differential fluid to change and no flange bolts to check for tightness. For a drain and refill of the transmission fluid, you have to drain the fluid through the two 10mm hex drain plugs very near to each other on the bottom of the transmission. The fluid (ATF-T) is refilled through the transmission dipstick hole.
