What do you do for a living?
There have been lots of interesting posts from CL members in the way of providing technical input.
Not much in the way of bio on most members, therefore, just curious what some of you folks do.
I'm sure lots of other members are interested also.

I am a systems programmer, since I don't know much about cars, I need a reliable vehicle so far my 5yr old RX300 has had no issues. I view this forum often and read lots of info/tips posted by many helpful folks ..

I work for the 3rd largest Property and Casualty Insurance Company in Canada as a Technical Claims Specialist.
Background- Architectural Technologist and former Insurance Restoration Company owner, now turned Field Rep- Property.

My formal (book based) learning of cars was from Reader's Digest book.
Things have changed ... I still remember reading designers keep the light bulbs away from the corner to prevent damge. Look at the GS, the corner is defined by the headlights.
Wonderful book. Pass it along as item on your chritmas wish list.
