Car don't move?
99 RX300 with 75K miles, front and rear brakes done at 65K (brembo rotors, ceramic brake pads), transmission fluid and differential fluid done at 65K. Yesterday my wife try to move out (reverse) from the garage and the RX will not move at all, engine will rev up. So, I put in reverse and rapidly accelerate and it move within 3 seconds. There was no room to move forward. Brake pads stock to the rotor? Tranny is going bad? The car was in the garage for 14 hrs before it happened.

It doesn't sound good to me. But I think it would help to describe whether the transmission fluid service was a drain/refill or full flush, who did it (lexus dealer?), and are you sure they used the proper Toyota T-IV transmission fluid.

Does it seem the transmission engages? Idle lowers to 650 from 1000 RPM when cold, foot on brake, engaging in drive and reverse (as it acts normally)? If so, the emergency brake shoes may be frozen slightly. Engage and release emergency brake pedal several times, listening for the brake shoes moving in the rear. The RX will move slightly by manually pushing to the front and rear when the brake is disengaged. Please let us know.

did you wash the car prior to storing it in the garage?
If so, rotors may be frozen to pads and would require some warming up to dislodge.
Failing that, I would check tranni fluid for proper level... If too low, your symptoms are common.
How was tranni service done?

50K tranny was flush from lexus dealer and 65K I did the drain and refill using the recommended fluid T-IV fluid. I will check the fluid after work.
Car wasn't wash or got wet before storing in the garage.
The emergency brake was disengage when it happened. I did enegage and disengage and nothing happens.
I can't recall if the tranny engages on reverse and drive, but I will check it after work.
Just talk to my wife and it happen again won't reverse. The car was sitting for at least 45 minutes. I will be checking the car after work today or tomorrow and I will let you know the update.

To eliminate brakes/stuck-pad check the free roll.
Put the trans in 'N' and push the RX.. Just make sure you will be able to stop it ... dont do it on an incline and remmeber you should be prepared to roll it back into a position for parking overnight or having ot towed worst case. [Just think ahead].
Dig the forum for instructions to check transmission fluid level [not mentioned in the owners manual]. I posted those a few weeks back. pm if needed.
There could be a link problem ... you need to see what lights up in the instrument panel or a bit daring approach would be to actually see the lever on the tranmission is moving as you rove the stick. [I dont even know if it is possible on an RX].

Tranny DOA
Sounds like what happened to me. If you push it out and it will then go into drive, listen for a LOUD clunk. Mine then operated fine for a few days until it died completely. Luckily I was under warranty which I hope you are somehow as well.
