On my 93' LS4 when I hit the memory button for my driver seat the seat and the side mirrors adjust to its' preset, but when I do that on my 99' RX3 it only adjusts the seat, and "not" the side mirrors. This is the 1st Lexus SUV I have recently purchased, so not sure if this function is normal. If not what can it be? Switch itself, fuse, relay, etc...???

Mirrors don't auto-adjust on my RX300. I don't know about the RX330. Maybe on the RX350?

The RX300 doesn't keep the side mirror settings in memory.
That feature was added to the RX330 in 2004.
