Adjusting Headlight Beam
I recently bought a 2000 Lexus RX300 with the regular headlights not the HID's. I drive through some pitch black country roads and my main complaint is that I am not getting enough light further down the road, the headlight beam is adjusted too downward. All the other cars or trucks that I have owned I was always able to raise or lower the beam by turning a screw. I looked all around the headlight but was unable to see the screw or see anyway to adjust the beam. Would like to know if there is a way to adjust the beam on my headlights??

Do you see the level bubble behind the headlamp once you open the hood?
Fill up the tank and make sure your tires are inflated properly and having a typical load distribution inside the cab should be your starting point before you touch adjustment.
[FYI I am a strong proponet of having the hadlight adjysted at a shop who have the right equipment to measure the bright spot ... Why? light pattern is a safety issue for the oncoming traffic.]

You are correct, there is no adjustment for the high beam... As you can see, the reflector is immovable, being part of the molded lamp assembly. A first for me too.
