When I replaced mine I was wondering the same thing. I was hoping there was an emblem or something on the inside but no luck. I dont think it is made by enkei or rays or else they wouldnt weigh so much. I do know that they ARE NOT forged and are really heavy. I weighed them when I upgraded. Front wheel and tire 58.5 lbs and the weight of one rear wheel and tire is 62.8 lbs. Pretty heavy for 19". My 20" i went with are lighter than that.

Indeed those are relatively high since the Braelin (Ace) 20s I got on my NX weigh 27.6 lbs each.
