Default Lowered on Swift spec R springs, Video!
So heres a video from when I lowered my car on the swift spec R springs, hopefully you can get a rough idea on the height difference.
If there is any question you have regarding the springs (how they ride/handle) or if there is anything you want to see let me know and i'll incorporate it into my review video!

I'm using a DJI osmo, nice and stable but I'm still getting used to the gimbal and how to operate it.

yeah I dated that gal. 2 fingers plus in the rear 3 fingers up front. Was like throwing a hot dog down a hallway.

let the springs settle for a week and then get an alignment to correct any toe you might have gotten from the install.
