Phone Contacts

When I receive an incoming call from one of my contacts, it displays "unknown caller" even though I can see my contacts when I make a call.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I have a Samsung with Android OS.

are the contacts synced with your car in the phone part of the car?? it should display all of your contacts.
