GTHaus vs Joe z
Do you guys think the GThaus exhaust is worth the money? They claim its a 46whp gain lol. I find that extremely hard to believe. I know on the ISF the Joe z exhaust was top notch and around the $1500-2000. The GTHAUS is almost $5000 for a complete system.

The stock system is very restrictive, any aftermarket complete exhaust system will yield 30+ RWHP. As for the GTHaus exhaust system, the gain is about 37 RWHP, the other 9 RWHP is from my Rotora carbon ceramic brake system, dyno sheet below. I also dyno it again on the dynojet and got 413 RWHP.

If you have the extra money for the GTHaus, I'd definitely get that, it sounds soo good and you have the option to close and open the valves!

Personally I think the GTHaus makes the RCF sound like a mustang while being over priced for what it is.
The other exhaust's on the market are definitely more subdued, but I think for the value its hard to beat the JoeZ.
If you really want the ability to make it sounds absolutely nasty have a set of QTP e-cutouts welded in and dumped to atmosphere.
I run the Apexi resonated system with my cats gutted and its a bit too quiet for me; the GF thinks it sounds perfect.

I went with GT Haus, so far I only have the Axle back portion on and the sound is absolutely intoxicating. I find myself mashing the gas more often just to hear it. And it definitely doesn't sound like a mustang, it's way more refined. I cant wait to get the LSR catback portion (front + mid pipe) and see how it sounds and performs after that!

It's may be a bit overpriced, but about $40K was spent on R&D on the exhaust system. Compared with the other aftermarket exhaust system on the market, this system separates itself from the sound it makes.

Lol, Mustang! It's far from that, you should listen to one in person, videos do not do justice on this exhaust system. The sound it makes before the headers was simply amazing, I wish I had that tone with the headers on, maybe I will have to get some hi flow cats in the future to quiet the system down a little bit and to get rid of the stupid CEL.

I should have said "domestic muscle"; however you are correct I have not heard it in person.
I prefer the sound of a mechanical wail rather than the domestic burble, thats all I meant by the prior comments.
I do understand the product R&D process is done in the US, however the product itself is manufactured in Korea correct?

We also had many Peak runs of well over 35 Rwhp gains as well..
But we safely put our 34 Peak RHWP out there for the Dynojet SAE Corrected # , as tested by D Sport magazine.
PTS Exhaust - Joe Z Series Catback for RC F • Two Month Review • Install Pics & Video
Another good read here as well..

Any who.. They are all making similar power and I doubt one will edge out more than another at a 1/4 mile track / trap speed.

I can honestly say that you will not be sorry. I went for the Joe Z because I just couldn't justify the extra money for the other, I could have easily afforded it but I have an issue with a purchase where I feel I am throwing money away. I am not saying the other exhaust is not worth the money, just not to me.
After I installed the exhaust I knew I made the right decision. It sounds great, but I can still use my hands free without annoyance and the cabin is still quiet while highway cruising. My mpg went up almost 2 mpg on the highway as well, not sure if it was all exhaust or the car finally breaking in but my average on the hwy is 26.8 mpg @ an average cruising speed of 75 mph and I NEVER run it in dedicated eco, it lives in normal on long trips.
Great exhaust, great customer service, fast shipping and more than fair price for what you receive. Installation was simple, quick and fit was excellent. Only thing I can "complain" about is I wish all new bolts were provided rather than reusing two of the factory ones, small gripe but it's just my preference.
