PTS Exhaust - Joe Z Series Catback for RC F Two Month Review Install Pics & Video
2 Month Review:
I've owned many cars from Lamborghini's to Lotus' to GTR's and even 86's etc. I've also owned the 2008 Lexus ISF.
When I first heard about the PTS - JoeZ Series exhaust, I was SUPER skeptical because it wasn't HKS or it wasn't those big name brands.
Long story short, I gave it a chance, especially after meeting Joe himself.
I put it on my original 2008 Lexus IS F that I had and LOVED every mile of the 96k miles I put on that car!!
Now to present day, the RC F. This exhaust DOES NOT disappoint.
I get looks everywhere. When I pull into anywhere, they hear that roar that is deep enough to make the muscle come out of the V8, but still great tone when I'm driving in traffic or cruising on the freeway. It's loud, but a deep loud, and can be reserved when it needs to be.
But all around, it makes this Luxury beater of mine into a Luxury Muscle car. Keep in mind I daily the crap out of this car, and it does the job perfectly in every situation.

Approximately +23 to +25 RWHP and a peak measurement of +34 RWHP.
We performed the Test Fit and Dyno at DSport Magazine.
PTS Production unit#1 Laid Out.
Joe Z himself & PTS Engineer Dan Delgado go to work removing the OEM System.
OEM System Removed!
Checking the fitment and clearances.
As you can see fitment and alignment was spot on.

Just ordered up the system from modinjapan.com - impressed with the review and apparent quality of the system. Looking forward to getting it installed and trying out for myself. Wonder if there is any group buy opportunity or forum discount available. Thanks!

Thank goodness the NSX is almost done!
When JoeZ was putting it on for me, I asked him the SAME EXACT question, and he showed me the clear changes he made. He made around 2 changes to make it a specific RCF version! That guy has OCD when it comes to car parts. If one thing doesn't fit right, he won't put it on. PROPS!

I would like to see pre and post videos (same camera and from same distance) or better yet DB sound pressure measurements for each case.
